Welcome to Moonlight Stud

Welcome to Moonlight Stud, a lifestyle block in North Canterbury, New Zealand, dedicated to breeding Australian Lowline and White Galloway cattle.

Moonlight Stud was first established in Wellington in 1997 before moving to the South Island in 2002. Our first Lowlines were purchased in 1998. These small and docile animals are ideal for small farming operations and lifestyle blocks. Our first White Galloway cattle were purchased in 2004 and provide an alternative for small holdings wanting to have interesting alternative cattle on show.

All cattle on Moonlight Stud are pure bred and registered stock.
